What will you be doing?
As our business and product offering continues to expand into an exciting future of growth, we now have a need for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our team as Head of Employer Branding. This is a full-time role, based out of our Brisbane head office.
This is a pivotal hands-on position that will pave the way for continued growth of our company.
Some of your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating the day-to-day delivery and operations of a small team working to deliver innovative Employer Branding services to our clients (these services include crafting marketing messaging, content creation, social media activity, email campaigns, video content, and more)
- Overseeing your team P&L and forecast, with a focus on building your pipeline and growing sales
- Conducting sales demonstrations with prospects, confirming pricing, handling objections, and managing the sales process
About You
Our ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or similar, however individuals with significant experience in brand marketing will also be considered.
What is essential however, is strong business acumen and a background within a commercial enterprise business environment. We're looking for a confident and articulate leader who can hit the ground running and grow this exciting area of the business - both in revenue and team members.
You'll be the type of person who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done yourself, taking full ownership of the success of your product and service offering. As this is a multifaceted role combining leadership, sales, and delivery, it's important you be skilled at multitasking, experienced in stakeholder engagement, and have exceptional attention to detail.
