So, how do you fit into the picture?
We need fantastic, front line sales professionals to find and engage potential clients.
Your primary responsibility as a Sales Executive will be to sell revolutionary recruitment marketing products to Business Leaders and HR Managers.
You’ll do this through finding strong leads, connecting with them over the phone to have quality conversations, and ultimately closing sales. We won’t lie - it’s a tough gig and it’s not for everyone. That being said, if you’ve got the drive and determination to build a customer base of your own, this could be just the role for you.
Our Specialist Teams are also here to support you in your sales journey. They will join you on calls with potential clients, offering expertise and insights into our offering, bringing to light the advantages of working with EO.
Once you’ve successfully landed a sale, you’ll also act as an Account Manager. You’ll liaise with the client and our Specialist teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a flawless execution of the recruitment campaign.

Package & Perks
At EO we have a culture of ownership and autonomy. We also reward our people for their success.
You’ll be offered an attractive base salary plus super, and uncapped commissions (OTE of $75,000 - $85,000)! Once you’ve grown your client base, your earnings will also grow, with some second year Sales Executives earning six figures.
