An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, driven and passionate Leader to join EO, and drive the growth of our Employer Branding department.
As the Leader of our Employer Branding department, you'll be an essential part of our team and organisational success. Each day will see you switching between a creative and business development mindset, managing deadlines and juggling ongoing projects.
While our Employer Branding Specialists are delivering projects and delighting clients (they're a well oiled machine), you will be working with EO's Sales and Account Executives to develop the pipeline and create new business opportunities. You'll talk to new organisations every week to learn about their business and recruitment goals, hiring challenges, and discuss how Employer Branding can help.
Relationship building is a key part of this role, but we don’t want you to hang up your creative hat. In addition to being a natural relationship builder, the role will also see you provide creative support to the team through assisting with copywriting, content development and brand strategy.
You'll be a part of EO's leadership team and will receive support from your colleagues. You won’t feel alone but you’ll have the autonomy to really own your role.

Our Global Head Office is in Brisbane, and we also have offices in Melbourne and Vancouver.
We offer a range of products and services which help our customers drive better recruitment results, through exceptional employer branding, recruitment advertising, shortlisting and selection, and candidate management.

We value ownership and autonomy. We believe the best people should be paid above-market and reward our team members for extra effort and outcomes. Your remuneration in your first year will be circa $100K-$150K (this includes base salary, performance-based incentives, and superannuation). As a Leader you'll have opportunities to earn more through profit share and/or revenue growth, once you learn the ropes.
Our organisational structure is egalitarian, flat, and built around small, supportive teams.
