Seen us advertise before? Get used to it! As a recruitment agency we are constantly recruiting on behalf of our amazing clients as well as for our own internal roles. We are growing, proud of it, and are now on the lookout for our next batch of selling superstars to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. These are full-time positions based at our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.
In a nutshell, as a Recruitment Consultant at EO, you'll be selling amazing recruitment solutions over the phone, to clients from multiple locations and industries across Australia.
Unlike a traditional 360 recruiter model, you will be focused on phone-based, B2B sales.
You’ll be backed by in-house teams of Recruitment Specialists (i.e. Copywriters, Advertisers, Shortlisters, and Recruitment Software Specialists) who will provide and execute the recruitment solutions, and who will even step into your conversations and help you sell. But you’re the primary advisor to your customers – pulling the right combination of products together for them and then providing them with your expert account management, developing strong relationships.
You don’t need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment to be successful in this role, although it’s definitely an advantage - so if you’re a seasoned recruiter, we’d love to hear from you! Alternatively, experience working within a business environment and the confidence and ability to gain the ear of, and develop a rapport with, senior business people, is crucial; it’s easier when you can ‘speak their language’!
What we do as Recruiters is very powerful and yet so many organisations (before they talk to us!) think of recruitment as a painful problem and administrative task. On the surface you are calling organisations to buy products and services, but in reality you are helping people understand the true value of recruitment. You will partner with them to get them better results from their recruitment process, saving them time and hassle, whilst still giving them full visibility.
If you're someone who is excited by the idea of connecting people and driven to help your clients business' grow and flourish, then we want to hear from you.
What will you get from us in return?:

Now 9 years later she is integral to our team and works across all industries, but specialises in the NFP and health sectors.
