You’ll work with the latest candidate management, client relationship and digital marketing systems, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to close a sale or strengthen a new lead. Your new career

You’ll be selling all the amazing recruitment solutions above, to your happy customers! Working predominantly by phone, but also face to face, talking with the recruitment decision makers in businesses with between 50 and 400 employees, and advising them on which of our recruitment solutions will be best suited to their particular needs.

You’ll be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and who will even step into your conversations and help you sell. But you’re the primary adviser to your customers – pulling the right combination of products together for them and then providing them with your expert account management into the future, developing strong relationships.

You’ll find your new role to be extremely enjoyable, varied and interesting. We have a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy each other’s company as well as their interaction with clients from a wide variety of sectors and industries. Our open plan, spacious office enjoys full-length views of the Brisbane river and is located only a few minutes from the train, bus or River Cat terminal.

We are really focused on the factors that keep our wonderful team happy – fresh fruit every day, good coffee on tap, Nutribullets with everything you could possibly want to put in them, job security and real earning potential that is proven time and time again. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, comprising of a base salary and uncapped commissions, allowing you to earn as much as possible! For people without recruitment experience, OTE in the first year is typically between $60K and $80K while you grow your client's list, with the second year on target earnings sitting well above $100K.

Successful Sales and Account Executives will also enjoy further opportunities to advance their career within Employment Office, by becoming Team Leaders and/or entering business ownership roles!

What we need from you

We’ll need you to be articulate and well presented, with the confidence, ability and willingness to instigate telephone contact with senior business people that are advertising for staff – this will be crucial to your success.

You don’t need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment to be successful in this role, although it’s definitely an advantage so if you’re a seasoned recruiter, we’d love to hear from you! But experience working in some capacity in a business environment, and the confidence and ability to gain the ear of, and develop a rapport with, senior business people, is crucial. After all – you’ll be speaking with them about a key area of their business’s pain. It’s easier when you can ‘speak their language’!

While she does work across industries, she specializes in and works closely with many First Nations organizations. The strong relationships she has developed in this area has allowed her to help her clients fill some of their most challenging vacancies and develop industry specific expertise.
