You’ll work with the latest candidate management, client relationship and digital marketing systems, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to close a sale or strengthen a new lead. You’ll be selling all the amazing recruitment solutions above, to your happy customers! Working predominantly by phone, but also face to face, talking with the recruitment decision makers in businesses with between 50 and 400 employees, and advising them on which of our recruitment solutions will be best suited to their particular needs.
You’ll be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and who will even step into your conversations and help you sell. But you’re the primary adviser to your customers – pulling the right combination of products together for them and then providing them with your expert account management into the future, developing strong relationships.
You’ll find your new role to be extremely enjoyable, varied and interesting. We have a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy each other’s company as well as their interaction with clients from a wide variety of sectors and industries.
We’ll need you to be articulate and well presented, with the confidence, ability and willingness to instigate telephone contact with senior business people that are advertising for staff – this will be crucial to your success.
You don’t need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment to be successful in this role, although it’s definitely an advantage so if you’re a seasoned recruiter, we’d love to hear from you! But experience working in some capacity in a business environment, and the confidence and ability to gain the ear of, and develop a rapport with, senior business people, is crucial. After all – you’ll be speaking with them about a key area of their business’s pain. It’s easier when you can ‘speak their language’!

With a Degree in Business Management John began his career with EO in 2013, keen to progress into a leadership position, and ultimately, run his own business. Progressing from a Sales Account Executive, to a Future Team Leader, and now a Team Leader, John now manages his own sales team, P&L and business plan and is one our top performing consultants.
One of our most senior sales people, Sacha started her journey with EO in 2007. She's been awarded top performer awards on multiple occasions and continues to grow her client base every day. Sacha came to Australia from England, on what was meant to be a backpacking trip and fell in love with the EO way. Now 9 years later she is integral to our team and works across all industries, but specialises in the NFP and health sectors.
Chris joined Employment Office in 2012 with a background working in Government and the fitness industry. He took to recruitment sales like a natural and quickly progressed within the company. Now a Team Leader Chris enjoys sharing his knowledge with new recruitment sales consultants to help businesses across Australia recruit in an affordable and transparent way.
