To excel in this role you must have previous recruitment experience, ideally in a high volume environment. Knowledge of industry best practices, along with outstanding communication, organizational and project management skills are also essential. Finally, the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members will be the key to your success.

Commercial and business acumen is important, as is a strong attention to detail. Similarly, you will need to be an expert in relationship building/management and have superior account management skills.
