We're looking for new Sales Consultants to join our team in Vancouver.
This is a primarily phone-based role, consisting of lead generation and cold calling. You'll be selling our innovative recruitment advertising services to employers across Canada.
Our Sales Executives liaise with decision makers across a broad range of organisations and industries, and help to solve any issues these companies may have with their recruitment process. With a wide scope of products and tools, we're able to help with the differing recruitment needs of each organisation.
The fun, and challenging, part of the Sales process is determining company needs over the phone, suggesting which products will be of benefit, getting the decision makers to approve the costs associated with our solutions, and seeing the recruitment process through from start to finish.
Although a background in sales or recruitment may prove useful, that's not the secret to success at EO. If you're a driven individual with a fire inside, you'll have the tenacity to chase down your goals and thrive in a high performance culture. That's what we're after. You'll be focused, hard-working and motivated by results, and as such, will be able to nail sales targets month after month.
