Employment Office now has an exciting opportunity for a focused and personable Executive Assistant to join our team in Milton, Brisbane on a full-time basis. 

Working directly for our Managing Director, you will play a key role in the efficient and effective running of the Employment Office business.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to);

  • Administrative support to the Managing Director and wider business as requested;
  • Direct liaison with clients including coordinating domestic and international meetings, and always providing exemplary customer service;
  • Booking travel, diary management, and general PA duties as required;
  • Basic invoicing/bookkeeping; and 
  • Implementing and maintaining internal culture activities including the coordination of internal events and functions.

We are looking for someone who possesses a strong administrative skill set, professionalism when dealing with internal and external stakeholders and exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. The ideal applicant may come from a background in administration, personal or executive assistance or marketing/communications - we don't mind! What's most important is that you have the right drive, organisational skills, calm under pressure and skill set to match our requirements and team culture. 

This role would be perfect for someone with 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity who thrives off a dynamic office environment and doesn't need a lot of structure to be happy at work. You will be switched on and highly organised with the ability to respond calmly and maturely to ever changing needs and opportunities.
