What will you be doing?

You might be wondering how we're able to pull off such a noteworthy approach to recruitment. That's where you come in.

Our Executives drive our organisation, bringing in opportunities from new and existing clients to demonstrate our unique products. They fulfill our purpose to help our clients' companies grow through connecting them with the best candidates to drive the success of local communities.

Your daily routine will consist of lead generation, cold calling and follow-up calls while you voraciously hunt for sales. But the adrenaline doesn't stop there! Unlike typical sales roles, our team members follow their campaigns through from inception to finish, working with our specialist support teams.

Our people are passionate about what they do and are devoted to providing clients with a great result - one or more exceptional hires! The ability to contribute to the success of each campaign has been described by Account Executives as a "truly rewarding" and "absolutely amazing" feeling. 

We all know how hard it is to make a sale you aren't personally invested in. That's why our specialist teams will work with you to design a tailored strategy that you're proud to present to your future clients. You'll be selling something you believe in, something you know works, and something that will bring you satisfaction. 

Most importantly, you'll be selling something that will have clients coming back for more. This process will allow you to develop a trusting client base of repeat clients.

At EO you'll enjoy an attractive remuneration package, comprised of a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a generous bonus scheme. You'll also enjoy a host of benefits including Global and operational mobility with our global EO network, and Fresh fruit and snacks provided in the office.

In line with our culture of recognition and reward, if you've exceeded your weekly forecast you'll receive 2 hours off the following Monday morning or that immediate Friday afternoon (your choice!). Put simply, you'll receive a total of 12 additional days off per year just for doing your job!

We also reward our top performers at monthly celebrations. Whether we're jumping on trampolines at bounce, learning to paint masterpieces, or singing karaoke, these nights allow us to celebrate our wins and take a break from the daily grind.
