What the role entails

Employment Office now seeks the expertise and drive of talented Recruitment Sales Executives for our Melbourne team, working from our offices in St Kilda.

Working with a professional sales team and experienced leaders, your role will be to drive new business and develop your existing business by effectively anticipating your client’s long term recruitment needs. Your days will be diverse and fast-paced as you build relationships with HR/Senior Management providing our innovative and powerful recruitment marketing solutions.

This is an executive level sales role in which you will build corporate relationships with contacts across all industries, through a coordinated combination of telephone and email marketing, with appropriate opportunity for face-to-face meetings. This is a unique opportunity to be able to work across all vertical sectors and not be limited by territories. You won't be working directly with candidates, instead you're the advocate for your client and will work closely with our recruitment advertising team to ensure you get the best outcome for each vacant role. 

Joining an established business that has a zest for innovation, you will work with the latest candidate management and client relationship systems, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to close a sale or strengthen a new lead.

EO wants to ensure you succeed by providing comprehensive training, professional feedback, strong individual support and even existing warm digital leads. However, this is a role for highly motivated sales professionals who thrive on proactively seeking out and generating new business every day.

Our ideal candidate is a highly driven and tenacious ‘hunter’ with substantial business development and account management experience in a B2B or recruitment environment. Day to day, this is a phone-based role, so you must have a proven talent for cold calling and have strong corporate communication skills when speaking to business owners and senior management.
