Following Employment Office's successful expansion both nationally and globally, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to start up further business in the key market of New Zealand.

We're looking for a local business partner to establish Employment Office in a new market. This is a hands-on Sales Management role giving you the opportunity to buy into the business and take a slice of the profits! You'll be establishing and leading by example a team of sales professionals, while taking responsibility for growing the revenue of the business.

If you understand the value of cost-effective recruitment to business, and can roll up your sleeves to get stuck into making cold calls each day, this is a leadership and business ownership opportunity that will reward you with lucrative earnings.

This opportunity will suit an entrepreneurial and commercial-savvy Manager, who wants to buy into a proven business and share the risk and rewards. You may be a Business Development Manager, an experienced Recruitment Consultant, or a successful business owner/manager - your specific industry experience is less important than your ability to consistently make sales and meet KPI targets.

You'll need to be a process-focused "people person" who thrives on building relationships with a range of clients and colleagues, always keeping a focus on ensuring your team meets and exceeds goals. It's vital you have experience in financial processes (e.g. P&L, revenue) plus general business processes and systems. A background in HR would be beneficial, as you will recruit and train your own sales team, with active support from Head Office.
