Continuing expansion has meant that we are seeking the expertise of a talented Sales & Account Executive.
Working with a professional sales team and management from our Global Head Office, you will be putting your sales expertise to good use through a combination of telephone, face to face and email marketing to generate and develop profitable client relationships by effectively managing client’s recruitment needs.
Are you an Employment Office person?
Our ideal candidate does not need experience in recruitment (although you will have the opportunity to become an accredited recruiter), but you do need loads of ambition and a passion for growing your sales career.
As this is primarily a B2B sales, business development and account management role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills with mid to C level managers
- A proven and impressive track record in securing sales
- Passion, discipline and persuasiveness to close sales
- Tenacious drive to achieve targets
Our successful candidate will be a sales professional who is confident cold calling organisations and generating their own leads. You should display strong business acumen and a positive, determined and enthusiastic disposition to tackle problems head on and to effectively close the deal!

First year Sales & Account Executives earn an average of $60,000-$80,000, however we have had Sales & Account Executives earn in excess of $100,000 in their first year. In 2011 our average Sales & Account Executive salary (across the company, from entry level to experienced) was $120,000 per annum and our star sales people earned over $180,000 due to our unique uncapped commission structure. Our remuneration package reflects your hard work and previous experience, with negotiable base and commission structures available, plus uncapped earning potential - the sky really is the limit with Employment Office!
You will also be supported by expert Recruitment Advertisers to help in such things as sales quotes, media scheduling and advertising creation so you can concentrate on keeping your clients happy and closing the deal!
Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, we encourage a sensible balance between work and play.
