The Opportunity

As a result of expansion, Employment Office has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager with a strong aptitude for numbers to join their Brisbane Head Office Team, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a newly-created position.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assistant-style duties including diary management and travel management;
  • Spreadsheet, plan and evaluate projects to assist with the management of accounts;
  • Preparation of reports;
  • Organisation of meetings and minute taking;
  • Secretarial duties;
  • Administration of processes; and
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required.

We are seeking a candidate with a mature approach to their work. Experience in bookkeeping would be an advantage. Relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.

A self motivated and task oriented achiever, you will thrive in an independent working environment, using your excellent time management skills and lateral thinking, coupled with a spark of initiative and motivation.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and accurate data processing will be a breeze with your attention to detail and high level of computer literacy. Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position as you liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
