Working with EO

Employment Office has room to take on talented Sales and Account Executives for our Sydney team.

These roles are full-time, working from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday only. Joining an organised business that has a zest for innovation, you will work with the latest candidate management and client relationship systems, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to close a sale or strengthen a new lead.  

Our offices are colourful and convenient, located only five minutes from train stations, bus bays and free parking. We also offer in-house IT support, in case computers ever try to get the better of us, and a creative marketing team to ensure our products and sales tools are top notch.

What we're looking for 

Our ideal candidate does not need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment, but they do need buckets of ambition and an insatiable appetite for sales. A WILL DO attitude is a must!

As this is a sales, business development and account management position, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships, with business owners and HR managers who are seeking staff. Please note that this is primarily a phone-based role.

Basic computer and internet literacy is a must, however if you regularly send and receive emails, visit websites, and can type reasonably quickly (even with two fingers) you'll be just fine.

About the Benefits

As an EO Sales and Account Executive, you will inherit accounts and pre-qualified leads (once you have proved yourself). You will also be mentored by one of our high achievers, who earn $120,000 per year. With this level of support, combined with your talent and efforts, backed up by our excellent sales systems and marketing collateral, you can expect to make at least $60K, and double that in the second year.
