Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Shortlisting Specialist to join our dynamic team of dedicated and hardworking professionals in our Downtown Vancouver office.
Working alongside a team of specialists and sales associates your primary responsibility in this role will be to help our clients find their ideal candidate by shortlisting and interviewing the candidates that have been sourced for a role.

In order to succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience that entailed lots of communication with multiple stakeholders along with a high level of comfort communicating effectively by phone and through online video tools like Skype. Previous recruitment experience or a post-secondary education in recruitment are not required but are absolutely assets.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are an absolute must for this role! In any given day you may find yourself communicating with a new graduate, an experienced hiring manager, and a seasoned CFO across a variety of mediums; as such you'll need to be a comfortable speaker and capable of pivoting your interpersonal approach with ease.

One of our most senior sales people, Sacha started her journey with EO in 2007. She's been awarded top performer awards on multiple occasions and continues to grow her client base every day. Sacha came to Australia from England, on what was meant to be a backpacking trip and fell in love with the EO way. Now 9 years later she is integral to our team and works across all industries, but specialises in the NFP and health sectors.
Kari is one of our most senior Canadian team members and has been with Employment Office since 2012. From winning Top Novice in 2013, Most Profitable Team Leader in 2014, and Director’s Choice in 2017, she is an integral part of the business. While she does work across industries, she specializes in and works closely with many First Nations organizations. The strong relationships she has developed in this area has allowed her to help her clients fill some of their most challenging vacancies and develop industry specific expertise.
