We're currently recruiting for our next intake of Sales & Account Executives.

This is a phone-based, outbound sales position that will see you connecting with prospects over the phone, having quality conversations about their recruitment needs and our service offerings, and ultimately closing sales

Once you’ve successfully landed a sale, you’ll also act as an Account Manager for your clients, building and maintaining a strong relationship that will lead to repeat business and long term success. You’ll liaise with the client and our Specialist teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a flawless execution of our services.

We won’t lie - it’s a tough gig and it’s not for everyone. That being said, if you’ve got the drive and determination to build a customer base of your own, this could be just the role for you. Our Specialist Teams are also here to support you in your sales journey by joining you on calls with potential clients, offering expertise and insights into our offering, and bringing to light the advantages of working with EO.

You’ll be offered an attractive base salary plus super and uncapped commissions (OTE of $75,000 - $85,000)! Once you’ve grown your client base, your earnings will also grow, with some second year Sales Executives earning six figures. Our office is centrally located on Lonsdale Street, close to the famous cafe strip of Hardware Lane.

Not to mention, if you have your eye on leadership, this is a step in the right direction! To be a leader in our business you don't need prior management experience - we'll teach you what you need to know and support you as you develop into a leadership position. Our Team Leaders manage their own P&Ls and enjoy ongoing conferences and development sessions. This focus on internal development and promotion offers exciting opportunities you won't find elsewhere - just one example is two of our Australian leaders who have moved to Canada to run our Vancouver business!
