However, as Employer Branding is an emerging area of focus in the recruitment space, many businesses don't have the resources or understanding to successfully execute it correctly.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to our Head of Employer Branding, you'll deliver innovative Employer Branding services to our clients. This will include three key facets:

1. Using research and engagement to help clients understand their employer brand and the opportunities and challenges ahead of them 
2. Crafting their recruitment marketing messaging, including their Employee Value Proposition - the 'why work for us'
3. Delivering ongoing marketing services such as content creation, social media activity and email campaigns

On any given day you'll find yourself splitting your time between the following:

• Interviewing employees to capture their stories and perceptions; 
• Assessing employee-related data and researching clients and their competitors online; 
• Turning your findings into powerful marketing messaging which helps clients engage powerfully with prospective candidates; and
• Creating content and campaigns which bring our clients' talent offer and culture to life.

Who we're looking for...

We're after a creative individual who holds a tertiary degree (ideally in Journalism, Marketing or Advertising, or similar). It's critical you be skilled in copywriting, with a desire to curate and create written content in a hands on manner. You'll be an agile thinker with emotional intelligence and a bit of a creative streak!

As you'll be working across a number of projects with multiple components at any given time, it's also important you be skilled at multi-tasking, able to manage competing priorities, and able to work within a fast-paced environment.

Although not essential, experience in and a desire to execute social media strategies/campaigns will be highly regarded.
